ORDER

No representation for the petitioner on account of boycott of Courts. However, in Harish Uppal [Ex.Capt.] Vs Union of India, reported in [2003] 2 SCC 45, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has held that boycott of Courts is illegal and therefore, this Court went through the records and passed orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the

respondent-Police.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.278 of 2014 has been completed and the case has been closed as a mistake of fact, and RCS notice has also been sent to the petitioner on 15.03.2016 by post.

Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
