ORDER
This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.642 of 2019 registered by the first respondent police for offence under Section 379 of IPC, as against the petitioner.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, there is referred as mistake of fact and also filed referred charge sheet and further the vehicle which was seized from the petitioner was also handed over to the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
