Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to complete the enquiry and pass an order as per the order dated 05.04.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.10401 of 2023 by providing relevant documents and due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and further direct the respondents 1 to 5 to prevent from the illegal conversion of agriculture lands situated in Survey No.183/1A, 184/3, 184/4 and 186/1 at Nemmeli Village, Sirkazhi Taluk, Mayiladuthurai District into housing plots by the respondents 6 and 7.
