ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 02.02.2021 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 323, 427, 336, 392, 397, 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Cr.No.56 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with the other accused had robbed money from the defacto complainant at knife point.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are two previous cases pending against the petitioner. The petitioner is arrayed as the sixth accused in the case. 5.Considering the fact that there are two previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
