This Court, by order dated 24.04.2019, allowed the above said revision petition with a direction to the Court below to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.1676 of 2007 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2.The learned III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore, by way of letters dated 20.08.2020 & 08.09.2020, addressed to the Registry informed that due to pandemic Covid-19 situation, he could not comply with the order of this Court dated 24.0.2019, directing to dispose of O.S.No.1676 of 2007. At request of the learned III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore, seeking extension of time to dispose of the Suit, this revision petition was listed before this Court for appropriate orders.

4.This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned for extension of time. Accordingly, further six months time is granted to dispose of the suit. 01.10.2020 krk 2/3
