1. The only prayer made in the petition is for a direction to the respondents for production of, one, Mr.R.Sarathkumar, who is aged about 25 years.

2. It is averred that the petitioner's son, i.e. R.Sarathkumar, has eloped with, one, Ms.Karthika, W/o. Murali. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.1. The averments in the petition appear to point in the direction of the present matter being a case of elopement. It is not a case of illegal detention.

3. Therefore, in our opinion, the petition is devoid of merits, and thus, deserves to be dismissed.

4. It is ordered accordingly.
