This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 216 days in representing the C.M.P.S.R.No.104756 and 104754 of 2021.

2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent also is present in Court. He has no objection.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Therefore, the delay of 216 days is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

5. Accordingly, this C.M.Ps allowed.

6. Post the case after steps against the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent-1.
