ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report on First Information Report No.290 of 2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.290 of 2015 for offences under Sections 447 and 427 IPC has been registered and the investigation is almost completed.

In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report as expeditiously as possible.
