Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Since this writ petition is being disposed of, without affecting the interest of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondents 4 to 6, notice to those respondents is dispensed with.
2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to pass orders on his application dated 24.10.2017, wherein and whereby, he sought for rectification in the subject matter UDR Patta.
3. Heard both sides.
4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner with regard to the alleged errors in the UDR Patta, as it is for the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said application sent on 24.01.2017, is yet to be disposed of. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the application of the petitioner dated 24.10.2017, after hearing the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 to 6 and other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents 1 to 3, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
