Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the appellants and the respondent are no more.

Learned counsel for the appellants sent a letter dated 12.09.2024 addressed to the first appellant, stating that the respondent has died and the matter is listed for hearing on 01.10.2024, and requested the first appellant to furnish the details of the legal representatives of the respondent for filing the necessary applications, and the same has been returned with an endorsement that the appellants are deceased.

3. In view of the above, the memo filed by the learned counsel for the appellants is taken on record.
