This petition has been filed to suspend the sentence made in Spl.S.C.No.118 of 2021 dated 29.09.2023 by the learned Sessions Judge, Principal POCSO Court at Salem and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
