The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to call for the records passed by the first respondent in Ma.Order/1131/2012 Na.Ka.No.J1/57174/2009 dated 19.07.2012 and the consequential order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.R4/3888/12 Na.Ka.B.No.1331/2012 dated 24.09.2012 and quash the same.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already been retired in the year 2019. Hence, the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. He also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
