Proceedings of the Tahsildar, Katpadi, in this regard, in Na.Ka.No.4595/A3/2015 dated 11.12.2015, has also been communicated to the learned Government Advocate and it is taken on file and placed on record. Respondent is directed to communicate the Original proceedings to the petitioner.
