Prayer: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the Docket order dated 21.12.2018 returning the Unnumbered suit in O.S.SR.No.47742 of 2018 on the file of the City Civil Court, Chennai.

ORDER

The revision petitioners submits that they are ready to comply with the order dated 21.12.2018 of the learned City Civil Judge, Chennai. However, they would request this Court to extend time for re-presenting the papers before the appropriate Court having Jurisdiction over the subject matter of the suit. Therefore this Court is returning the original plaint to the revision petitioners and grants time of one month from today for representing the papers before the appropriate Court. The original plaint is returned to the counsel for the revision petitioners. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the above lines. There shall be no order as to costs.
