When the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.08.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this matter was directed to be listed on 17.08.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Despite listing the case under the caption for dismissal on 17.08.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the matter was once again directed to be listed today under the same caption.

2. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through counsel duly instructed. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
