This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for quashing of F.I.R in Crime No.79 of 2016 for the offence under Section 12 of POCSO Act, on file of the respondent Police. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Puducherry appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that the investigation in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crime No. 79 of 2016 has been completed and final report was also filed before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate on 01.03.2019.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Puducherry, the present Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said final report.
