Survey No.217/2, Number 52 - Pattipulam Village, in Joint Patta No:169 within the time stipulated by this Court. For Petitioner :

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner and to conduct a survey and fix the boundaries in the property belonging to the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the survey has been fixed on 13.03.2020 at 11 a.m. and the notice will be issued to all the concerned parties in this regard.
