ORDER

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to file an appeal as against the impugned assessment.

2. Taking into consideration the fact that the writ petition was pending from April 2015, this Court grants some time to the petitioner to file an appeal. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such an appeal is filed, the appellate authority shall entertain the appeal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
