ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner, based on his representation dated 28.01.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3.The petitioner has filed the supporting documents along with his representation seeking for issuance of patta. Since the same was not considered by the respondents, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the same. 4.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2026 seeking for issuance of patta in his name for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners, if any as well as any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5.For the foregoing reason, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2026, seeking for issuance of patta for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners, if any as well as any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
