ORDER

The Contempt Petition is heard through video conferencing.

2. This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.17476 of 2018, dated 20.07.2018.

3. It is represented by Mr.R.Karthik Raja, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.17476 of 2018, dated 20.07.2018 has been complied with. In this regard, the learned Standing Counsel referred the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent.

4. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that correct amount has not been deposited and the petitioners are entitled for more amount. It is relevant to note that in similar facts, this Court has closed the Contempt Petition No.2146 of 2016, giving liberty to the petitioner therein to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 5. In the light of the above, this Contempt Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law, if so advised.
