O R D E R

The instant revision has been filed challenging the order dated 17.07.2013 passed by the VII Court of Small Causes, Chennai in RCA No.1272 of 2005.

2. The parties to the dispute have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves. They are personally present before this Court today. They have also filed Joint Compromise Memo dated 23.01.2019 before this Court. Both the parties as well as their counsels have signed the said Joint compromise Memo.

3. The said Joint Compromise Memo dated 23.01.2019 is taken on file and shall form part of this Order. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, in terms of the Joint memo of compromise. No costs.
