W.M.P.No.5846 of 2022 in W.P.No.5752 of 2022 W.M.P.No.5846 of 2022 in W.P.No.5752 of 2022 M.SUNDAR.J., Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ('WMP' for the sake of brevity) has been taken out with a dispense with prayer i.e., prayer to dispense with production of original impugned auction notice dated 05.03.2022 bearing reference Na.Ka.No.2400/2021/A2 (impugned notice) issued by the third respondent.

2. Mr.M.Karthik, learned counsel representing the counsel on record for the petitioner/writ petitioner adverting to the support affidavit, more particularly Paragraph 7 thereat submits that original impugned order was not served on the writ petitioner. However, a photocopy of the impugned order has been placed before this Court as part of the case file. In the light of the narrative thus far, considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand, captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for. No costs.
