ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 468 & 420 of IPC in Crime No.02 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. These petitioners have secured job in the Labour Court, Chennai alleged by furnishing fake sponsor letters from employment exchange. Since the gravity of the crime is very serious, this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is of the view that unless the custodial interrogation is made, the source of the fake sponsor letters and the black sheeps in the system, who entertained the fake letters, could not be traced.
