PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the second respondent from shifting of service connection No.346-005-834 and 346-005-930 from the factory premises in possession of the petitioner's company situated at Tiruppur Registration District in Pollachi Taluk, in R.Ponnapuram Village, in Survey field No.42/3A, 42/1B, 42/4A by considering the objections raised by the petitioner company in its letter dated 11.09.2015.
