By consent, the Contempt Petition is taken up for disposal.

2.Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the order dated 17.06.2016 made in W.P.No.17275 of 2016. Despite the orders of this Court directing the respondent to follow the Circular No.16345/C2/2013 dated 28.10.2013 issued by the Inspector General of Registration, Chennai - 600 009 and act on the registration of the Construction Agreement dated 03.03.2011 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law and pass orders within the stipulated time, so far, no orders have been passed despite a legal notice as well as personal representation dated 29.09.2016 and 20.10.2016 respectively and hence, prays for appropriate orders. 4.Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions from Mr.

Dhamotharan, Sub Registrar, Ambattur, would submit that the respondent would act in accordance with the above cited Circular on presentation of the Construction Agreement dated 03.03.2011 by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. 5.In the light of the above facts and circumstances, the respondent/ Contemnor is directed to act in accordance with the above cited Circular dated 28.10.2013 on presentation of the Construction Agreement dated 03.03.
