Arb.Appln.No.119 of 2024 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the vehicle was seized and handed over to them by the learned Advocate Commissioner. However, the learned Advocate Commissioner had failed to file a report with regard to the same.

2. Therefore, though no report was filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner, based on the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this Court is inclined to close this application.

3. In view of the above, no further order is required in this application.

4. Accordingly, this application is closed.
