The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to remove the 11 Kilo Volts Over Head Lines and 240 Voltage Lines which are touching the terrace walls of schedule property causing endanger for human habitation.

2. Ventilating such grievance, the petitioner has made such representation dated 07.04.2017 to the 2nd respondent for removal of the said power line. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said request has not been considered so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the respondent as it is for the respondents, more particularly, the 2nd respondent to consider and decide. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
