This revision has been filed as against the Order dated 30.07.2012 made in I.A.No.819 of 2011 in O.S.No.488 of 2008 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the suit itself has been disposed of and nothing survives in this revision.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No cost.
