It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent-Police that in respect of Crime No.1063 of 2014 on file of the respondent police, after enquiry, further action was dropped and the enquiry report will be given to the petitioner.

2. Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed. The respondent police is directed to furnish the enquiry report to the petitioner and after obtaining the enquiry report, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in a manner known to law.
