Seeking to quicken the adjudication upon the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, we direct the respondent to dispose of the case in Crl.M.P.No.481 of 2020 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
