ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed praying to quash the proceedings in CC.No.398 of 2022 on the file of the Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvallur 2.

When this Court is about to dismiss this criminal original petition since no case is made out to quash the impugned proceedings, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial court is directed to complete the trial in CC.No.398 of 2022 and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
