ORDER
This petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent police to hand over the vehicle as directed by the Principal Sessions Court, Salem, by order dated 15.3.2022.
2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the vehicle has been handed over to the Court viz., Judicial Magistrate No.I, Attur on 13.3.2024 in CP.No.40/2024. The relevant document was also placed before this Court.
3.In the light of the above development, the order passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Salem dated 15.3.2022 has been complied with and it is left open to the petitioner to take possession of the vehicle. 4.In the result, this criminal original petition is disposed of in the above terms. 14.03.2024 Index: Yes/No Speaking Order/Non Speaking Order kp
