Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition that the Petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders till filling of charge sheet imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.10440 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14949 of 2021 dated (22.05.2021) and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.AHAMED FAZIL, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl. M.P. No.10440 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.14949 of 2021 dated 08.10.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
