appropriate permission to construct the temple in S.F.No.214/1, the place provided by the Panchayat Board, Kunnathur, within the time stipulated by this Court and consequently direct the 1st respondent to initiate appropriate action against the 4th respondent, based on the petitioner's representations dated 28.11.2024 and 03.12.2024. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) By way of this Public Interest Litigation, the petitioner has sought for permission to construct a temple on the land, which is subject matter of dispute pending in appeal.

2. Since there is already an order for removal of temple and the order stands executed, no direction can be granted as prayed for, more so when appeal is still pending consideration.

Therefore, petition is dismissed. The petitioner may apply before the authority for expeditious disposal of his appeal. There shall be no order as to costs.
