in H.C.P.No.1935 of 2022 M.SUNDAR, J., and M.NIRMAL KUMAR, J., (Order of the Court was made M.SUNDAR.J.,) Captioned Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to fix an early date for hearing out the captioned Habeas Corpus Petition [hereinafter 'HCP' for the sake of sake of convenience] 2.Mr.R.C.Paul Kanagaraj, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the ground is a new arrival to the family i.e., petitioner [who is the wife of the detenu] has given birth a baby on 09.09.2022. 3.We have acceded to fix an early date prayers in similar matters in the light of the view that the detenu will get the the opportunity of touching and feeling the tender new arrival infant if he succeeds in the main HCP 1/3

4.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor who accepts notice for the respondents submits that the factum of the petitioner being blessed with a baby on 09.09.2022 is not in dispute.

5.Therefore, captioned Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
