This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondent to quash the order in Ref.No.Pen1/7618/2015 dated 01.07.2015 and direct the respondents to count 50% of the temporary service period from 01.11.1984 to 1.09.2011 along with the petitioner's permanent service from 22.09.2011 to 31.11.2014 for the purpose of pension an pay all arrears of pension and other terminal benefits to the petitioner.
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The learned Additional Government Pleader representing the respondents one and two is present.

It is seen from the case proceedings that on many occasions the Page No.2 of 4
petitioner failed to present and represent this case. Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal". It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this case and hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Costs made easy.
