Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner the petitioner shall appear before the said respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.1713 of 2019 dated 29.01.2019 in W-16 Cr.No.09 of 2018 on the file of the Respondent Police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.V.SOMASUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.PRABHAVATHI, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1713 of 2019 on 29.01.2019.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. This Court is not inclined to relax the condition at this stage.
