ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 27.04.2018 for the offence under Section 8C r/w 22, 28 and 29 of the NDPS Act in C.C.No.88 of 2018 on the file of the learned 1st Additional Special Judge, Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused is alleged to have been found in illegal possession of 14.650 Kg. of Ketamine, a Psychotropic Substance covered under the NDPS Act.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.No.17878 of 2018 and this Court has dismissed the said petition.

5.Considering the quantity of the contraband seized from the accused and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.17878 of 2018, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
