The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296, 318(4), 351(3) of BNS Act, 2023 in Crime Not Known of 2025, seek 1/3

anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police on getting instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that the petition enquiry was conducted and closed. He further submits that as on date, no case no petition is pending against the petitioner.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
