The learned Additional Government Pleader has produced a letter dated 30.10.2015 sent by the second respondent addressed to Mr.R.Ravichandran, Additional Government Pleader, Madras High Court, informing him that the petitioner's name has been removed from the History Sheeter's list with effect from 30.10.2015. The learned Additional Government Pleader further submitted that the writ petition has now become infructuous since the petitioner's name has been removed from the History Sheeter's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

list. The learned counsel for the petitioner is also in agreement with the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
