This Contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for his wilful and intentional failure to comply with the order dated 30.06.2015

passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15986 of 2015. P.N.PRAKASH, J., bri/cad

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent State.

3. Today, Mr.S.Palanisamy, Inspector of Police, RS Mangalam Police Station, Ramanathapuram District, is present before this Court.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the order dated 30.06.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15986 of 2015 has been complied with, inasmuch as a regular FIR has been registered in Crime No.196 of 2015 on 22.07.2015 under Section 174 Cr.P.C.
