ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent, namely, the Deputy Director, Employees State Insurance Corporation, Salem, dated 7.11.2017.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondents.
3. On the face of the records, it appears that the order impugned in this Writ Petition is appealable. It is the well settled legal position that the availability of alternative effective appellate remedy will bar anyone to approach this Court by invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
4. In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Statutory Appellate Authority within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
