ORDER

Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 05.11.2016, 03.12.2016, 09.03.2017 and 17.04.2017 before the next counselling. 2.The petitioner was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher in Panchayat Union School, Irumpuli, Chithamur Union, Kancheepuram District and promoted as Secondary Grade Headmaster in Panchayat Union Primary School, Poovalaiagaram, Gummudipoondi, Tiruvallur District.

He has given representations on 05.11.2016, 03.12.2016, 09.03.2017 & 17.04.2017 to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents for promotion to the post of B.T. Assistant. The said representations have not been considered, therefore, he has come forward with the present writ petition. 3.Mr. P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and seeks time to consider the petitioner's representations dated 05.11.2016, 03.12.2016, 09.03.2017 & 17.04.2017.

4.Recording his statement, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 05.11.2016, 03.12.2016, 09.03.2017 & 17.04.2017 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
