When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has challenged the order dated 13.07.2018/23.07.2018 passed by the respondent under Section 7 Q of the Act. In the meantime, the due amount has already been settled to the Department. To that effect, to file an affidavit, he seeks adjournment. Since the amount has already been paid to the Department, no affidavit is required and recording the above said submission, this writ petition is closed.
