ORDER

The Registry was directed to ascertain whether the suit in O.S.No.16 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedaranyam is still pending. The Registry got the fax message from the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Nagapattinam, full (Additional Charge of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vedaranyam) stating that the above suit in O.S.No.16 of 2011 was disposed of on 17.02.2014. Therefore, nothing survives in the present revision petition for further adjudication. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
