The matter is placed before this court on the letter received from the court below, seeking extension of time to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.192 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Level, Palacode, Dharmapuri.

2. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dharmapuri, had sought for extension of two months, considering the prevailing pandemic situation, this court feels it appropriate to extend the time by two months and accordingly, it is extended by two months from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry.
