Ka. No. 078/Aa4 / 2023 dated 10.01.2023 and quash the same and consequently direct the 5th respondent to approve the appointment of petitioner as a Secondary grade teacher in the 7th respondent school from the date of appointment i.e. from 13.072022 along with all attendant and monetary benefits.
