The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as the disputes between the parties were amicably settled, he may be permitted to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.

2.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
