Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records and quash the Award dated 23.09.2013 passed in I.D.No.15 of 2012 by the 1st respondent, Presiding Officer, Principal Labour Court, Vellore. In both W.Ps For Petitioner : Mr.A.Venkatesh Kumar for M/s.Gupta and Ravi For R1 : Court For R2 : Mr.S.T.Varadarajulu COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed challenging the Award dated 23.09.2013 passed by the first respondent, thereby reinstated the petitioner with continuity of service, back wages and all other attendant benefits. 2/4

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that now the petitioner Company has been wound up and Insolvency Resolution Professional has been appointed for the petitioner Company in order to settle the creditors.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the Award dated 23.09.2013 passed by the first respondent and it is liable to be dismissed.
