This Contempt Petition is filed aggrieved over the non-compliance of the order, dated 04.11.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.35594 of 2015.

It is seen that, this Court, by order, dated 04.11.2015, directed the respondent herein to dispose of the Appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks.

Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader,

representing the respondent has submitted that the order passed by this Court is complied with by the respondent herein. The learned Special Government Pleader has also produced the copy of the final orders passed by the respondent herein, as proof.

In view of the compliance of the order passed by this Court, of course, belatedly, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in this Contempt Petition for any adjudication. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
